I wanted to see what file I should encode so that my BD can go with an image in dolby vision and HDR and also how to add the metadata.

To encode Dolby Vision you should use https://professional.dolby.com/product/ ... ng-engine/ or you can try https://siliconphilosophies.de/cinemacraft-divo/
For HDR10+ you need https://ff.de/hdr_software_ff_pictures/
